{"id":1107,"date":"2009-12-10T16:25:52","date_gmt":"2009-12-10T22:25:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bekahcubed.menterz.com\/blog\/?p=1107"},"modified":"2009-12-10T16:25:52","modified_gmt":"2009-12-10T22:25:52","slug":"thankful-thursday-bits-and-pieces","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/bekahcubed.menterz.com\/blog\/2009\/20091210-1107.htm","title":{"rendered":"Thankful Thursday: Bits and Pieces"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today I&#8217;m thankful&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For ends and beginnings<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Finishing my last grading for the semester<\/li>\n<li>Packing up the lab in preparation for next semester with Joyce<\/li>\n<li>Getting close to done with my last couple of classes (some papers written&#8211;still some more to go)<\/li>\n<li>Almost done with a couple of good books (due back tomorrow so I&#8217;d better be almost done<\/li>\n<li>About to embark on an adventure that scares me and excites me at the same time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>For friends and Menter&#8217;s (pun intended)<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>A heart to heart with my mom while baking Christmas cookies yesterday<\/li>\n<li>Lunch with Grace (grilled cheese and tomato soup) and help with packing this afternoon<\/li>\n<li>Dinner with Rodney and Malinda and then quilting with Malinda this evening<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>For unexpected blessings<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Being able to get out of my on-street parking after packing this afternoon<\/li>\n<li>Having a bright sun-shiny day despite the cold<\/li>\n<li>Getting all the lab reports graded today<\/li>\n<li>Having Malinda call and invite me to dinner and quilting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>For the limitless love of Christ<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>He knows me better than I know myself<\/li>\n<li>He cares for me better than I could ever care for myself<\/li>\n<li>He guides me into things better than I could ever dream of myself<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i>Thank You, Lord, for Your unending love.  Thank You for Your mercies that are new each morning.  Thank You that You are entirely trustworthy.
