She repeated her cry a little later, a little louder, when she heard the second knock.  Several minutes later, the doorbell rang and she almost stomped to answer it.<\/p>\n<p>Flinging open the door, she found herself face to face with a state trooper.<\/p>\n<p>Yeah.  Embarrassing.<\/p>\n<p><i>For those who are wondering, you need not be worried.  The state trooper was simply issuing my mom a subpoena we have been expecting for a while.  If you think of her, please pray that she might have strength to testify boldly and truthfully.
