{"id":94,"date":"2009-07-05T17:18:50","date_gmt":"2009-07-05T22:18:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bekahcubed.menterz.com\/blog\/?p=94"},"modified":"2009-07-05T17:18:50","modified_gmt":"2009-07-05T22:18:50","slug":"simple-sunday-sunday-school-silliness","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/bekahcubed.menterz.com\/blog\/2009\/20090705-94.htm","title":{"rendered":"Simple Sunday: Sunday School Silliness"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/lifeonsylvandrive.blogspot.com\/2009\/07\/simple-sunday-nest-for-baby.html\" target=\"_blank\"><img src=\"images\/simplesunday.jpg\" alt=\"Simple Sunday icon\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>~Thankful for a chance to be silly with some of the &#8220;adults&#8221; at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.visitlcf.org\" target=\"_blank\">my church.<\/a>  We just finished a round of Sunday school classes&#8211;and, as is our tradition, we had a Sunday school fellowship hour to wrap up this segment and begin the next.<\/p>\n<p>We fellowshipped for a half an hour or so over coffee and donuts&#8211;then my dad, the elder in charge of Sunday Schools, handed out little scraps of paper in preparation for some Bible trivia.  The Bible trivia was a lot of fun&#8211;and got even funner when some of the *ahem* adults in the room decided to start making and launching paper airplanes using the leftover scraps of paper.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"images\/20090705-1.jpg\" alt=\"Paper Airplanes on the Floor\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Absolute hilarity.<\/p>\n<p><i>Just to clarify, I was <b>not<\/b> one of the *ahem* adults who started the juvenile behavior.  Both the youth and the 20S Sunday School were decorous almost until the end.
