{"id":9755,"date":"2012-06-05T06:24:57","date_gmt":"2012-06-05T11:24:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bekahcubed.menterz.com\/blog\/?p=9755"},"modified":"2012-06-05T06:24:57","modified_gmt":"2012-06-05T11:24:57","slug":"playing-photographer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/bekahcubed.menterz.com\/blog\/2012\/20120605-9755.htm","title":{"rendered":"Playing Photographer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If I were to grade my photography skills, I would have to say that I probably rank far below average (especially among the Mommy-blogger-digital-SLR-owning set).<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"images\/20120605-01.jpg\" alt=\"Little Miss touches projector screen\" class=\"aligncenter\" \/><\/p>\n<p>My understanding of composition is average.<\/p>\n<p>My understanding of lighting is something much less than average.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"images\/20120605-02.jpg\" alt=\"Little Miss on a treadmill\" class=\"aligncenter\" \/><\/p>\n<p>My understanding of my camera&#8217;s settings is virtually nonexistent.<\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless, I spent my Memorial Day weekend getting myself out of the auto and program modes.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"images\/20120605-03.jpg\" alt=\"Little Miss Chews on a Finger\" class=\"aligncenter\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I had plenty of fodder&#8211;a piano recital Friday night, a graduation Saturday morning, graduation parties Saturday and Sunday afternoons, and a weenie-roast on Monday. <\/p>\n<p><img src=\"images\/20120605-04.jpg\" alt=\"Little Miss Claps Her Hands\" class=\"aligncenter\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Oh, and the Little Miss.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"images\/20120605-06.jpg\" alt=\"Little Miss Crawling\" class=\"aligncenter\" \/><\/p>\n<p>She makes pretty decent camera fodder.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"images\/20120605-05.jpg\" alt=\"Little Miss looking at camera\" class=\"aligncenter\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ll keep playing photographer if it means spending time with her.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If I were to grade my photography skills, I would have to say that I probably rank far below average (especially among the Mommy-blogger-digital-SLR-owning set).
