Trivia about me
My name means...
Phat Fragrance
Literally speaking, Rebekah means "to bind, to noose, heifer, peacemaker, fat." Marie means "myrhh, fragrance, intercession." If I put the two together, one of the combinations I can come up with is "fat fragrance." This definition of my name excites me because of Leviticus 3:16 which says "all the fat is the Lord's." The fat was the best portion of the sacrifice and every bit of it belonged to God. As a fat fragrance, I am both the fat--the sacrifice--and the incense before the Lord. I'm the whole sacrifice rolled up in one.
"Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God--this is your spiritual act of worship." (Romans 12:1)

- I occasionally window shop online-and have amassed a virtual closet of over a thousand items

- I have been known to plot virtual worlds-with maps, governmental systems, laws, after school programs, and subdevelopment neighborhood covenants
- I'm a creationist-and I believe that the world is billions of years old
- I never actually finished third grade
- In early high school, I suggested twelve topics for essays on bowel movements
- I have written my own Haggadah
- I have an Excel spreadsheet that contains 424 Elvish names and their meanings
- I dropped out of high school physics at the semester because I hated it and was sure I was failing-and I got an A for the semester
- I'm obsessed with greatness
- I've tried my hand at novels, screenplays, memoirs, children's books, and cookbooks-and never finished one yet-maybe someday ;-)
