We held a family Easter Egg Decorating Contest for Easter this year (see the full album of Easter eggs here)–and after we were done, we shelled the eggs and made ourselves some egg salad sandwiches for supper.
Dad has always enjoyed eating the crusty stuff around the edge of the pan.
Eww! Somehow eggshells aren’t the same as burned stuffing around the edge of the pan.
No, that just doesn’t sound appetizing at all! But the egg salad does. I haven’t heard of anyone having that in a long time!
