The audiobook currently on repeat in our house is E. Nesbit’s The Railway Children.
Can you guess the children’s names from this post-it I found in the living room?

Love it! I just saw a film based on that book a few months ago. (I guess there are several film versions, but the one I saw came out in 2000.) I had never heard of it before but want to read it some time.
I actually haven’t listened to the whole thing myself – I knew C.S. Lewis was a fan of Nesbit and I’ve heard good things about her from other readers I trust so I went ahead and let the children listen to the audiobook without me listening along (they listen to audiobooks during their “rest times”, when I’m often feeding the baby or getting a bit of rest myself). The snatches that I’m hearing sound very interesting – I’m going to have to read it or listen to the whole thing one of these days!
